Deep cocoa, tobacco and leather aromas, release extremely intense bitter cocoa, black coffee and molasses notes, and hints of red fruits, ending on a strong bitter, and tannic finish.


Made in a facility that processes dairy, wheat, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts.
All ingredients are GMO Free. GLUTEN FREE.

I love David Bacco's chocolates.  But since I am a dark chocolate fiend, and can't eat a lot mixed ingredients, his 80% Guanaja is my favorite.   And it pairs perfectly with a beautiful Syrah!

A mild bitterness hits you right away, but eases quickly. Hints of smoke, leather, and mahogany.  Finishes leaving a lingering whisper of cigar smoke and and smooth Scotch.

Intense, masculine, balanced.

I am a dark chocolate lover.  I try dark chocolate wherever I go all over the world.  David's 80% Guanaja Bittersweet Chocolate is the best I've found. Balance, creaminess, taste, it has it all.  Like a fine wine.
