MIDNIGHT Black 83% Drinking Chocolate

Midnight Black Drinking Chocolate is our version of the ancient “drink of the Gods” made from the highest quality Single Origin cacao beans.
Rich 83% bittersweet chocolate with a touch of sweetness at the front releases creamy cocoa notes with a slight bitter finish.

Directions: you can mix with boiling water to create a rich cup of European-style drinking chocolate or with milk for more Traditional American-style drinking chocolate.

1 Measure three heaping tablespoons into a mug

2 Bring 1/3 cup your choice of liquid to a simmer

3 Pour over chocolate mix let sit 1 minute

4 Froth vigorously with a mini whisk
